Hi, my name is Ellie. I am a multi-award-winning cake maker and owner of Elliegantly Made in Hedon, where I produce cakes for all occasions.

I have always had a passion for baking and more than an eye for detail. I started taking baking more seriously in 2012, after my mum passed along a cake decorating magazine and inspired me to start experimenting and the rest, as they say, is history.
