We are recruiting an experienced Trailer Mechanic to join a market leader in transportation based in Hull. This is a Permanent Vacancy with great opportunities to progress, offering a salary of £40,000 PLUS a £1000 joining bonus and increased holiday entitlement!!

The Trailer Mechanic role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.
Job description
As a Trailer Mechanic you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing and repairing trailers to a high maintenance standard. Day to day you will be expect to;
- Carry out roadside repairs and services on trailers
- Carrying out brakes and suspension repairs
- Inspect trailers for works that may need to be carried out
- 6 weekly inspections
- Carry out routine services
- Be able to interpret and complete paperwork
- Be approachable for our customers
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Trailer Mechanic you must;
- Have previous experience working on trailers
- Be able to complete relevant paperwork
- Be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Hold a full UK Driving License
