From 5th–16th October, participating solicitors and Will Writers across Hull and the East Riding will waive their usual fees for writing a basic Will in return for a suggested donation to Dove House Hospice.
Whether you’re a business owner, employee or part of a larger organisation, there are two ways to get involved.
Individuals can book directly with one of our participating solicitors to make or update their Will, while businesses and organisations can also host a Dove House Wills Day at their workplace.
For a Wills Day, a participating solicitor visits your workplace for a day or half day and colleagues book appointments during the working day. The business provides a private meeting room and manages the appointments, while Dove House provides promotional materials, participant packs and the introduction to the solicitor.
It’s a practical way to get an important job done, whether individually or through your workplace, while helping raise vital funds to support local patients and families receiving care from Dove House Hospice.
