Drawing from my extensive experience as a photographer, photography group lead and from evidence based studies, by national organisations and educational institutions, I offer significant and sustainable social value, through community-based photography courses and individual photography tuition.  I have a passion, drive and focus to forge partnerships to collaborate with local charities, health services (social prescribing), or non Governmental Organisations to ensure my courses reach those who need them most.

Photography is far more than the press of the shutter. Photography has wellbeing benefits that can compliment talking therapies.  Benefits include:-

I'm proud and privileged to be a Team Member [volunteer] and photography lead with HULL4HEROES to run a weekly photography group for veterans.  The group, now four years old, aims to reduce social isolation and help increase confidence, self-belief and increase friendships ad make a contribution, through photography.  Members recently enjoyed an interview with our regional TV team of Look North.  Their individual stories about how photography has helped is humbling.
