I received some negative comments following a recent interview with BBC Look North.
The day after, I had the pleasure of meeting with The Business Culture Hey – Venn subgroup, and I cannot thank my fellow members enough for their kind words and support 💛. Their motto, “we believe no one should be alone in business,” was beautifully demonstrated in the encouragement I received.
It’s a powerful reminder that while everyone is entitled to their own opinion, it should never spill over into personal attacks or verbal abuse. Respectful discussion builds understanding; hostility only builds barriers.
I’m so grateful to be part of a community that uplifts one another 🙌, even when the spotlight feels tough. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me – it really made a difference 💕.
