A reformed anti-networker
As a small business and serial avoider of business networking (mainly due to my confidence levels), I didn’t realise the value of surrounding myself with like-minded businesses and people until the 2020 lock-down. Behind a video screen, I met and engaged with people and built one of the best business relationships I have ever had with Tony and Michelle.
Not only do we now work on projects together, I feel like part of their team and feel like they are part of mine. I’ve also begun working with other members, helping them to look outside of just a website or social media and see the bigger picture for their business and helping them to grow. Undoubtedly, my business wouldn’t be where it is today without the voice The Business Culture Hull gave me when I was previously too scared to speak. I now confidently and articulately share my experience and work that I am proud of with many. Thank you to you both
