I’m a holistic nutritionist and wellness practitioner, and my approach to wellness has been shaped by more than 25 years of caring for people, as well as my own personal journey with health. My approach to nutrition is rooted in the understanding that the body, mind and emotions are interconnected & regularly speaks to us. Together we look beyond the occurrence of physical symptoms to explore what may be contributing to them & what your body may be trying to communicate.
With 25+ years of nursing throughout the world, 7 years as a nutritionist, Reiki Master, 6 years in the army, MMA 3rd Deg Black Belt & Personal Trainer. I incorporate personal experiences & knowledge, with metaphysical anatomy, TCM and Ayurvedic principles to explore the triggers, patterns, lifestyle factors, beliefs & experiences that may be influencing wellbeing
Following an autoimmune diagnosis, I began a much deeper journey of learning to listen to what my body was telling me. It changed the way I understood health. I began to appreciate that wellbeing is not simply about treating a symptom or following a set of rules, but about becoming curious about the whole person and the many influences that shape how we feel.
Where inflammation – physical, emotional, mental - is contributing to symptoms, we look more deeply at the potential underlying factors rather than simply focusing on managing the symptom itself. Holistic Nutrition is an important part of this process. Through personalised food & lifestyle guidance, we can nourish the body, support its natural processes, and reduce dietary and lifestyle factors that may contribute to symptoms.
I believe there is a person behind every symptom, with their own experiences, emotions, habits, environment & relationship with their body. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space to explore those connections without judgement. Together we can delve into the roots of symptoms.
