Crises are in the eye of the beholder and whilst every crisis is different in some way, there are common themes. In recognising those themes you will be better placed to respond in an effective way. The session will share with you the 5 guiding principles of incident management and apply them to real examples.
Our interactive workshop walks you through some incident scenarios and provides practical tips on how to respond through media interviews, news statements, social media, how to respond to a door-stepping incident and communicating with stakeholders. The session will explore creating a crisis plan and linking operational response with communications.
Whilst this is a very serious subject, we promise to make the event interactive, fun and informative, you will leave with a handbook and most importantly knowing what to do should disaster strike your business!
