Local Collaboration Brings New Rooftop Wellbeing Series to Hull

A new collaboration between two Business Culture HEY members is set to bring a fresh wellbeing experience to Hull this summer.

The HEY Wellbeing Collective and Humber Street Gallery have partnered to launch Rooftop Reset — a new series of Saturday morning wellbeing sessions taking place throughout June, July and August.

Hosted on the rooftop of Humber Street Gallery, the series has been designed to give people the opportunity to step away from the pressures of everyday life and experience wellbeing in a unique city-centre setting.

The collaboration came about through conversations between The HEY Wellbeing Collective and Humber Street Gallery who were keen to expand the gallery’s existing wellbeing offering beyond its monthly sound bath sessions.

Together, the two organisations have created a programme of accessible wellbeing experiences that aim to support both mental and physical wellbeing while also showcasing the range of wellbeing practitioners available across Hull & East Yorkshire.

The Rooftop Reset series will feature a variety of sessions led by members of The HEY Wellbeing Collective, including breathwork, mindful movement, herbal wellbeing talks, sound experiences and other holistic wellbeing practices.

Opening the series will be The HEY Wellbeing Collective founder Paige Daniel, who will lead the first session in collaboration with her breathwork business, Exhale and Empower.

Paige said:

“One of the core aims of The HEY Wellbeing Collective is to create more opportunities for collaboration between local businesses while making wellbeing feel more visible and accessible within our community.

Rooftop Reset is a perfect example of what can happen when organisations come together with a shared vision to create something positive for the region.”

The partnership also highlights how collaboration between businesses in different sectors can create innovative experiences that benefit both the community and the local economy.

By combining Humber Street Gallery’s unique venue space with the collective’s network of wellbeing practitioners, Rooftop Reset offers something completely different for Hull this summer while continuing to strengthen connections between local independent businesses.

The sessions are designed to be welcoming for both those already engaged in wellbeing practices and complete beginners looking to try something new.

With wellbeing continuing to grow in importance for many individuals and workplaces alike, the collaboration demonstrates the increasing appetite for community-focused experiences that encourage people to prioritise their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

The Rooftop Reset series begins in June, with limited spaces available for each session.
