Sarah Wasling and Debbie Matthews of James Legal’s Family Law Department have now become members of Resolution the largest organisation of family lawyers in the UK.
Resolution was established in 1982 by specialist solicitors who were concerned by the aggressive and antagonistic manner in which many solicitors were conducting family cases. All new Resolution members sign up to a Code of Practice which promotes an approach which is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in an agreement.
Sarah and Debbie believe that the Code of Conduct reflects James Legal’s fresh approach and are delighted to now be members of this influential organisation.
