I am so proud to see the KD Recruitment Limited celebrated its 5th anniversary this week. ????????????
Both myself and the business have come a long way from setting things up in my mums front bedroom with just a laptop and a phone.
I have gone through personal challenges as well as financial ones, never accepting defeat and always trying to make sure that I came out the other side which you can read below in my latest post.
If anyone says running a busy is easy, isn’t doing it right
Blood, sweat and tears and sleepless nights….. but I wouldn’t have it any other way. ????
It has been a week of reflection, something I don’t normally have time to do, but I’m emensley proud of what myself and my amazing team Cathy Wood and Jenna Bowman have achieved over these last 5 years. Dealing with everything that gets in our way and looking forward to new opportunities.
Thank you to all of my friends, clients and everyone I have met along the way and who have worked with us and continue to do so. ????????
I have so many amazing plans and investment coming up that will not only enable us to grow, but also to help us continue delivering the high levels of service and support that our reputation has been built on.
Here’s to the next 5 ????????
