National Apprenticeship Week is a significant event that celebrates apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses, and the economy. The One Point is proud to participate in this celebration, showcasing our commitment to developing young talent.
This year, we're excited to welcome a new generation of apprentices into our IT support and marketing teams.
Highlighting our dedication to fostering young talent, several of our past apprentices have joined our role models of apprentice ambassadors within the company. These include Oliver Cook, who was also recognised as the 2023 Values Ambassador, and Liam Gardner, who recently achieved a distinction in his apprenticeship program. Their successes underscore the quality of our apprenticeship program and its ability to shape future professionals. They join Lewis Cook and Jacob Hodgson and Alex Reece as ambassadors.
Our support for diversity and inclusion initiatives, like Women in Manufacturing and Engineering (WiME), demonstrates our commitment to creating an environment that cultivates varied perspectives and strengths and encouraging female school leavers to consider a career in tech.
Our reputation as a nurturing ground for apprentices is further cemented by our recognition as the 2021 Apprentice Employer of the Year. This accolade is a testament to our dedication to providing a supportive and enriching experience for our apprentices.
As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, we invite you to explore the stories of our apprentices and consider joining a team that values professional development and excellence. At The One Point, your journey will be more than an apprenticeship; it will be a stepping stone to a rewarding career.
