ACA Directors Deliver Masterclass on 6 P’s for Growth at Hull University Business School

Alex and Amelia Caruso, the dynamic Directors of ACA, recently led an inspiring masterclass at Hull University Business School as part of the esteemed Creative Growth Programme.

The session focused on ACA’s pioneering 6 P’s for Growth framework — Purpose, Passion, People, Partnerships, Pioneering and Pragmatism —an approach that has been integral to ACA’s sustainable growth and vibrant creative culture.

During the masterclass, the Carusos shared their journey of building and expanding ACA, highlighting the importance of aligning business strategies with a strong sense of purpose. They emphasised how fostering partnerships, empowering their team  and consistently delivering high-quality projects have established ACA as a leader in architecture and interior design.

Reflecting on the framework, Amelia Caruso noted:

“Our 6 P’s framework has been a cornerstone of ACA’s evolution. By focusing on these principles, we’ve not only grown as a business but also created meaningful impact in the communities we serve.”

The Creative Growth Programme, organised by Hull University Business School, supports local businesses and entrepreneurs in scaling their operations and driving innovation. The Carusos’ masterclass offered practical insights and examples of how the 6 P’s can be applied to navigate challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

Attendees responded enthusiastically, praising the Directors for their engaging delivery and actionable advice. A representative from the business school commented:

“Alex and Amelia’s masterclass was both inspiring and practical. Their passion for their work and their community really stood out.”
