Flexworks was established in 2023 to create the premium workspace environment that the industry was craving, which empowers businesses to flourish. We found that flexibility needed to be at the heart of the workspace, with options for all individuals and firms of most sizes to reduce typical operating costs as we came to terms with the new way of working. 

My name is Rick Bakhshi. I have been transforming spaces for over 15 years, am really excited about The Broadway Workspace, and look forward to sharing that with you. As someone who understands the pressures of running and growing a business, I wanted to create a workspace that offers more than just four walls and a desk. Flexworks is built around flexibility — everything is included, from utilities to business rates — so our members can focus on their work without distractions. Unlike traditional offices that squeeze in as many desks as possible, our approach is design-led: light, space, and comfort come first.
