Source Solutions are happy to say that we have reached the 10 year mark in business. October 2013 was the start of Source Solutions, starting from a desk in the spare bedroom, to renting an office space and then buying a training centre at the beginning of the first lockdown, the journey has been challenging but rewarding. Dave Osborne (CEO) feels that this journey has impacted on his height and hairline! What was happening in October 2013, well the last series of Who Wants to be a Millionaire with Chris Tarrant was aired, maybe that was what inspired Dave! He wasn’t going to be able to win a quiz show, so thought setting up a training business would be the next best thing!
Statistically, only 33% of businesses reach a decade old! Source Solutions is part of the 33% of businesses to reach that mark, the question is, how? Through determination and perseverance but also taking chances and looking for opportunities. For a business that focused on face to face training delivery, COVID did pose it’s difficulties for our business but we meet the challenges head on, like many businesses did and survived.
As an outstanding First Aid training provider that also offers Mental Health and Health & Safety courses, we always deliver quality, interactive, accredited training and this is reflected in our quality processes, the feedback we obtain and the repeat business that we continue to receive. However, like many businesses, networking and marketing is an ongoing process and we are always happy to work with new customers and are thankful to those that continue to support a small family business. We work with a wide range of businesses to support their training needs.
