Hi, I'm Naz Johnson and I run a Leadership Development and Exec Coaching business aimed at developing current and future leaders across all businesses and sectors.
I've worked in Learning and Leadership Development for 30 years and operated at Board Level so understand many of the Leadership challenges facing individuals and organisations.
I take pride in getting to know your business and what impact you're looking for, then I'll work hard to craft a programme that's bespoke to you. Leaders can also benefit from supplementing their learning with 121 tools such as MBTI, Insights, DISC or understanding your Strengths.
As an Exec Coach, I can also support you and your teams with 121 coaching and/or mentoring to help bring about personal accountability and results.
In addition to the development work I offer, throughout my career, I've been lucky enough to work in some amazing people-first cultures and organisations so I understand what it takes to build and enhance a great culture and I can support you in driving higher levels of people engagement and performance.
Above all, people tell me I'm results-driven and practical. I can support you if you have no People/HR team in place or work in partnership with an in-house team to help deliver long-lasting behavioural impact and change.
