FROGS is a group of parents, carers, staff and friends of Ganton in school. Together with the school, FROGS organises fundraising events and offers practical or emotional support to other families or simple coffee and cake.
Projects completed in the recent past include the fantastic primary playground, mini bus replacement, swimming pool equipment and extra classroom resources across the school.
FROGS as an organisation is always looking to attract future funding and develop partnership working with organisations throughout Hull and the East Riding
FROGS also has links with Our Community Restaurant Chop and Change. Our restaurant is staffed by students with Severe Learning Difficulties and is supported by some of the areas leading hotels and chefs.
The aim of the restaurant is to raise the profile of SLD learners in The UK and is a vehicle for showcasing their amazing skills. Business lunches are available to members of the Business Culture Hull and are a unique way to entertain clients. Prices start from £12pp for two courses (paid as a donation.)
Our funders and supporters include: Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate, Double Tree Hull, The Deep, Cranswick Foods PLC, EMS Hull. We hope Tickton Grange and Mercure hotels will be joining the team shortly.
