As part of our year of interactive Round Table events, we are absolutely delighted to have Sheri-Leigh Miles from NETpositive Futures as our guest speaker for this months event.

Sheri-Leigh will be facilitating a conversation for the group about sustainability and what it means in practice. How do we go from global challenges to meaningful, practical action?

This session will explore sustainability from an individual, team and organisational perspective with ideas for how to get started, demonstrate your impact or think about leadership – depending on your starting point.

Sheri-Leigh Miles (FRSA) has been working in the field of sustainability for 20 years. She has developed organisational strategies, worked with teams to implement plans and engagement programmes, created innovative collaborative projects and worked on a range of ‘firsts’ for sustainability.

She was invited to become a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) in 2018 in recognition of her sustainability work in the education sector. She teaches sustainability on Newcastle University Business School’s Executive Education programmes as a visiting lecturer and collaborates with the team on an innovative project to embed the Sustainable Development Goals into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme.

This will be an interactive session with opportunity for you to share your own good practice (and challenges) and learn from one another.

We would love to see you there so that we can share ideas within the group.
