Our L3 Team Leader/Supervisor course is designed for employed individuals who are looking to develop their skills and progress in the work place. The government is currently providing 95-100% funding for employers to access this training and develop their leaders and managers. Our programme is delivered remotely utilising a blended delivery model of online, face-to-face, open and closed workshops. Topics covered include; leading & managing people, building relationships, communication, operational management, project management, finance and monitoring budgets. Learners will also build a portfolio of 'real-world' evidence to demonstrate their occupational competence.
