What a great start to the year - the first of our Managers' Breakfast - Setting Your Team Up For Success.
The event took place on January 19th at Ergo Business Centre, Hessle, running from 09.15 until 10.30 am the event is aimed at first-line managers and includes a free breakfast butty, tea, and coffee.
The workshop covered:
• Why it’s essential to have a clear framework for your team
• Formal frameworks: an introduction to written contracts
• Informal frameworks: having great conversations about performance goals
We had a great group of people attend our first workshop, all going away with some new ideas and ways to make their team succeed, we also received some fantastic feedback:
