Happy Workaversary Paul - 21 YEARS!!!!!!!
Yes, 21 years!! - Paul is our Head of Marketing and leads the Engagement Team. He has worked for Avant Skills Academy and its charity predecessor since 2004 and in the education and skills sector since 2000. With his industry experience, management skills, and qualified teacher status, Paul has been instrumental in the development of our pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programmes, as well as more recently leading on Safeguarding and Prevent. He now leads the Engagement Team, including marketing, social media and developing our communication and AI strategies.
