2026 marks a special milestone for Sally Harvey — 20 years as WPA’s franchise partner for Hull, Bridlington and Scarborough.
Established in 1901, WPA is a not-for-profit health insurer providing tailored healthcare solutions to businesses, professionals and the self-employed across the UK. Its ethical, customer-first approach was a key reason Sally chose to join the organisation in February 2006.
Starting her business from home with no existing client base, Sally built her practice through determination, extensive networking and long-term relationship building within the local business community. Over time, she has grown her portfolio to support more than 3,000 clients — primarily self-employed professionals and companies of all sizes.
Over the past two decades, she has developed a respected healthcare advisory business grounded in trust, empathy and clear guidance. Reflecting on the milestone, Sally credits WPA’s training, technology and head office support for enabling her long-term success. She now mentors new franchise partners entering the network, sharing her experience and insight.
As the business continues to grow, her husband Jed has joined her — strengthening the family-led nature of the operation and supporting its next phase of development.
