HBTC - Funded Management Course - Last Few Places

We are now registering places for our funded management course which will commence in the first quarter of 2022!

The course is designed for employed individuals who are looking to develop their skills and reach the next stage of their career journey, take more responsibility and help support their organisation.

This represents a fantastic opportunity for employers to develop staff who are taking their first steps into supervisor roles, via a structured course. The course is delivered in bite-sized chunks and will not take individuals away from their core role for prolonged periods.

Topics covered include; leading & managing people, building relationships, communication, operational management, project management, finance and monitoring budgets. Learners will also build a portfolio of 'real-world' evidence to demonstrate their occupational competence.
