Luke began personal training in 2012 after completing his degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Science at the University of Hull, and has continued his development by completing qualifications specialising in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Lower Back Pain Management.
Luke’s expertise include fat loss, muscle building, pre and post-natal exercise and lower back pain management. Luke is an experienced, knowledgeable and fun personal trainer to work with, and uses a variety of training methods to ensure his clients achieve and surpass their health and fitness goals, and enjoy the process.
Luke’s passion for fitness is evident and is currently using his knowledge and experience to tutor up and coming future personal trainers, helping them achieve internationally recognised qualifications and also to prepare them for careers as a personal trainer.
