David Thompson – Customer Service Lead

David joined The One Point in 2006, in this time David has seen a tremendous amount of change as The One Point has grown and has continuously stepped up to the new challenges. He has played a significant role in shaping and supporting the high performing helpdesk and Customer Satisfaction teams we have today. David has always been a trusted and approachable member of the team that customers know they can count on in their time of need. David is a highly valued and well-liked member of The One Point team.

Emma Hickling – Finance Assistant

Emma Joined The One Point team in 2017 and in this time she has gained a reputation for always getting things done on time, first time. Emma has given a great amount of support to customers by helping them with accounts queries and CSI support that is valued highly by customers and team members alike. Emma joined the team while studying for an accountancy qualification and has since passed her Level 4 AAT Accounting Exam.

Since joining The One Point both David and Emma have continuously maintained the highest level of standards The One Point strives to meet.

Congratulations Emma and David, we’re all very proud of your achievements.

As always we will be presenting our new  Value Ambassadors with a Values Ambassador Plaque and gifts for their achievement. We look forward to sharing photos of their moment once circumstances allow us to do so.
