Guinness World Record Attempt: BOHAM 2019

Battle of the Heart and Mind: 2019

On the 6th of September at 7pm, 28 players will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest game of touch rugby. Playing for a massive 48 hours none stop!!!!

This is all in aid of two amazing local charities, P.A.U.L for Brain Recovery and Hull 4 Heroes.

Our aim is to raise £20,000 to split between the two charities and support their efforts and the work they continue to do within the local community.

This is the second time the team will attempt to break the world record after their first attempt last year fell short by just 71 seconds in 2018. Despite missing out on the world record we still raised over £20,000 for Andy’s Man Club and The Danny Jones Defibrillator Fund.

Hull University are once again hosting the event on their state-of-the-art artificial pitches. Providing their services for free they are just one of the many businesses that is helping us put this event together.

The game will run continuously from 7pm on Friday the 6th of September until 7pm on Sunday the 8th.

During the weekend we have the support of the territorial army who are setting up a “players village” and will be running a fully operation field kitchen from the university for the duration providing players, volunteers and supports with food on site.

To help us reach this target we are looking for more businesses to get on board and support the event.

The event is supported and organised by 43 Clicks North. To find out how get in touch with Mike Ellis on the contact details below.
