The classes on offer are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pilates on Monday's at 10:15am<\/li>\n<li>Pilates on Thursday's at 9:30am<\/li>\n<li>Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners on Saturday's at 9:30am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pilates is a low-intensity mat based workout which is great for strengthening, toning and increasing your flexibility. This class focuses on core strength and posture.<\/p>\n<p>Vinyasa Yoga is a sequence of flowing yoga poses aligned with breath, suitable for everyone. It can reduce stress, improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>These classes will be \u00a34 in September ONLY.
