There is a need to go 'beyond the processes' and deliver as great a service as possible in challenging times to retain and attract customers.<\/p>\n<p>Here are your top tips for reopening:<br \/>\n- Ensure you check that your teams feel safe, regularly.<br \/>\n- Ensure your teams have walked the 'new' customer journey<br \/>\n- Customers don't read signs!!
