We\u2019re looking for an individual to provide quality service and claims advice to clients in their time of need. The role will involve undertaking the case management of insurance claims made by clients in line with FCA and Company guidelines.\u202f\u202fThe Claims Advisor will proactively manage claims with the aim of achieving\u00a0high levels\u00a0of satisfaction for both client and insurer; they will build client relations through high quality claim management, resolution and excellent client service.\u202f\u202fThe role involves\u00a0providing\u00a0expert advice not only to clients but also within other areas of the business.\u202f\u202fThe core of the role involves understanding and advising on a client\u2019s claim, understanding their cover and communicating effectively around how it can respond to their claim, providing support and reassurance throughout the process. This role will also involve working with insurers and third parties such as loss adjustors, to assess and progress clients\u2019 claims as efficiently as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
