Lincolnshire regions.<\/p>\n<p>We have a strong focus on research and development, and, to ensure a patient\u2019s treatment has the best possible outcome, we use the latest technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>As a key member of our team, you will support our patients through every step of their fertility journey with your support, advice, and clinical expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Working within a small, experienced multi-disciplinary team you will have the opportunity to work in a progressive and exciting specialty.<\/p>\n<p>Although you will be primarily based at our state-of-the-art clinic in Hessle, the successful candidate may be required to travel to satellite clinics in the surrounding areas, as we expand our services to support patients in their local community.<\/p>\n<p>Duties of the role will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide information and advice on treatment and investigations<\/li>\n<li>Provide emotional support to patients face-to-face and over the telephone<\/li>\n<li>Coach patients to self-administer fertility drugs and obtain consent for treatment*<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, support and carry out theatre procedures eg Embryo Transfer*<\/li>\n<li>Carry out ultra-sound scanning*<\/li>\n<li>Phlebotomy and cannulation*<\/li>\n<li>Administer and monitor patients following IV sedation*<\/li>\n<li>Be part of an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for patients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*\u00a0 Experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure that an excellent standard of care is delivered, at all times, you will be a caring and approachable individual. \u00a0You will have excellent communications skills and enjoy working as part of a team to provide the required care and emotional support to all patients.<\/p>\n<p>A nursing degree\/diploma as well as being a registered NMC nurse is essential.<\/p>\n<p>You will have post registration experience working within a hospital or clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Experience of working within a fertility clinic is desired but not essential as full training will be given.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>More information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To understand more about our clinic, or the role itself, please contact Laura List on 01482 689040 or email us enquiries@hullfertility.co.uk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vacancy: Fertility Staff Nurse (Permanent) Part time (3 days per week) Salary:\u00a0 \u00a329,970 to \u00a336,000 pro-rated (depending on experience, qualifications, and hours) &nbsp;
