Christmas shutdown, Sales Incentive schemes, Annual awards, Ongoing\u00a0<b>training and development<\/b>, excellent earnings potential and your birthday off!<\/p>\n<p>Essential requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full UK Driving licence and own transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a\u00a0<b>Recruitment Consultant\u00a0<\/b>(360) you will be responsible for the growth of existing and new business with aspects of both\u00a0<b>Recruitment Consultancy<\/b>\u00a0and Sales in your job role.<\/p>\n<p><b>The purpose of your role in a nut shell:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate a customer base<\/li>\n<li>Service the customer \u2013 (recruit for them)<\/li>\n<li>Repeat\u2026 and earn commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Securing and developing new business<\/li>\n<li>Increasing growth in existing client base<\/li>\n<li>Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture and environment<\/li>\n<li>Candidate attraction, management and retention<\/li>\n<li>Cross selling and effectively promoting our added services<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019re already a great sales person, succeeding in the world of recruitment\u2026so you must be smart, ambitious, motivated and not afraid of a little hard work.<\/p>\n<p><b>Other key attributes that applicants MUST have for this Recruitment Consultant (360) role include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work to targets<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management, planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>High personal standards and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Professional appearance and conduct<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Competency in all aspects of IT<\/li>\n<li>Proven recruitment and sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Thrives and can deliver high standards of work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Great conversational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An opportunity for a\u00a0Recruitment Consultant\u00a0has arisen to join our\u00a0East Yorkshire Hub\u00a0as we continue to expand!
