We are l.ooking to recruit an experienced Warehouse manager based at our site on the Europarc between Hull and Grimsby. This role is a\u00a0 month contract and working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Warehouse call off and despatch<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Managing logistics call-off activities, dispatch, shipping\/delivering activities.\u00a0 Maintaining open communication channels with third Party Logistics providers in ensuring the daily activity,\u00a0 processes and operations are efficiently managed in the delivery of finished goods\/customer deliveries and third party contractors are removing product away from sites in an efficient and timely manner.<\/p>\n

Manage Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n

Protect the health and safety of all warehousing employees through instituting and adherence to site safety culture.<\/p>\n

Conduct risk assessment on all processes and tasks in the warehouse, implement countermeasures and mitigation plans to address identified risks.<\/p>\n

Monitor and calculate team member performance and adherence to safety SOP<\/p>\n

Stock Management <\/strong><\/p>\n

Management of packaging and raw material stock through effective use of SAP and standard work so all stocks are accurate<\/p>\n

Standard Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check that standards set within production area are adhered to through coaching and observing standard work. (Quality, Safety, Operational and People)<\/p>\n

Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • MS Office \u2013 can operate and use Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
  • Food Safety Level 2<\/li>\n
  • SAP<\/li>\n
  • IOSH Managing Safely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques \u2013 5S, Problem Solving, VSM<\/li>\n
    • Numerical Ability to record, analyze and interpret data<\/li>\n
    • Technical \u2013 HACCP \/ GMP<\/li>\n
    • Warehouse Management Processes and Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Skill<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience of leading a team in a FMCG organisation<\/li>\n
      • Able to inspire and motivate a warehouse team<\/li>\n
      • Able to coach and train others<\/li>\n
