In this workshop, we will cover simple recruitment processes that work, how to find and recruit the right people and how to work with recruitment agencies. We will also touch on diversity and inclusion and keeping it legal.<\/span><\/p>\n

HR and People Management Essentials<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In this workshop, we will cover the different types of employment status; the basics of formatting a contract of employment; essential HR policies; and best practice for onboarding and probation to ensure your employee is settled and productive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviewing Skills for Managers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In this workshop, we will cover pre-screening techniques, interview preparation, and how to acquire candidate information. We will also look at the after the interview process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Performance Management for Managers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This workshop will focus on the tools available to manage staff to avoid painful disputes. To include a review of the different stages of the employee life cycle; how to manage probation; how to give informal feedback to keep performance on track; how to handle difficult conversations; how to approach capability; and how to manage formal disciplinaries and grievances.<\/span><\/p>\n
