Wow!!!!! Kelly is absolutely delighted to receive notification of this today from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.<\/p>\n
Its been a difficult 18 months for everyone throughout the pandemic, and it was no difference for Kelly than anyone else.<\/p>\n
Early on in 2020, she realised that she could either sit and dwell on how rubbish everything was or she could get up and fight to save her business and team as well as trying to support others in the same boat.<\/p>\n
There have been so many ups and downs since March last year, some of which were not related to Covid, however, she kept striving on so that she had a business at the end of it and that her team all had jobs to come back to.<\/p>\n
Through her role with KD Recruitment Limited<\/a> and Inspiring Women OTYC<\/a> Kelly was able to run a number of different workshops, coffee mornings, one to one sessions and round table events, as well as supporting other business owners and sharing her knowledge and information with as many people as she could through the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)<\/a>, the York & North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership<\/a> and York Professionals<\/a>.<\/p>\n Its been a whirlwind and she is so pleased to be able to say that we have bounced back as a business and the relationships we have developed throughout the pandemic are stronger than ever.<\/p>\n We (KD Recruitment) made some real friendships that have come out of this and so thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey so far<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Wow!!!!!
