A fantastic scheme has launched to support young people in gaining valuable work experience and enhancing their skills. In the process, it makes it easier for businesses to afford paid placements, as a \u00a31,000 cash boost is available for each new trainee up to a maximum of ten.<\/p>\n
This new scheme runs until 31st<\/sup> July 2021 and the \u00a31,000 should be used to the trainee\u2019s benefit, such as providing a safe working arrangement (on-site or remotely), uniforms and travel costs. This is an excellent opportunity businesses of all shapes and sizes whilst helping young people to explore what a career in your sector involves.
