I share its commitment to doing the very best by its clients and offering more than just legal advice, but real world, common sense business assistance.

“Having chance to be part of that and support the next part of the firm’s evolution is fantastic for me.”

James Legal, which was first established in 2009, has recently expanded into a second office in Lairgate, in Beverley, with plans to widen its reach across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, and expand its workforce by a quarter over the next two years.

Managing Director Nick Miller said: “Taking on talented, driven lawyers like Byron, who focus on our clients’ needs, and giving them a chance to shine and be all they can be, is what we’re all about at James Legal.

“These are very exciting times for our firm and Byron has all the qualities we look for in members of our team – drive, commitment, down-to-earth likability and – above all – a sense of humour. Byron also has employment law expertise, including contracts and dispute resolution.

James Legal’s founding ethos is based on taking a fresh approach to law and being ‘people first and lawyers second’. Nick is passionate about this cause, and the firm’s mission is to help change some of the less positive perceptions some have of the traditional legal industry.
