During his time with the business, he didn\u2019t just observe; he contributed.<\/p>\n<p>One of Alfie\u2019s key tasks has been preparing lift plans for timber frame sites and uploading them to the shared drive so crane bookings can be arranged. It\u2019s an important step in the workflow and a great example of how work experience learners can make a genuine impact on day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n<p>For the team at K &amp; G Yorkshire, offering work experience is also a great way to identify future talent. It allows both the business and the individual to see whether the role is the right fit before progressing to an apprenticeship.
