This is to be completed with our apprenticeship and training partner Baltic.<\/p>\n<p>During his time as an apprentice at The One Point, Lewis has had the opportunity to get hands-on experience working with real-world challenges brought to us by our customers. A big part of this opportunity is a chance to gain a qualification as he supports our customers answering calls and responding to tickets on our helpdesk, in doing so he has encountered a wide range of challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Drew Skinner has been Involved with Lewis\u2019s training and support, Drew said, \u201cLewis has worked hard, the whole team is proud of him and think he\u2019s a great asset to the team and we are really pleased with his progress\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Well done Lewis!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Helpdesk IT Support apprentice Lewis Cook has today passed the module - CompTIA Network+ Certification &amp; 031.
