<\/p>\nACA recognises the importance of team wellbeing and recently held their second insightful session with Gemma Wardell from Human Brilliance.<\/p>\n
Following the first session in January, where the team explored their primary drivers (motivations based on their personalities affecting behaviour and decision-making), the second session focused on thinking preferences and communication styles. This session aimed to enhance team well-being and improve interpersonal communication.<\/p>\n
