Lauren is an emerging superstar at\u00a0Trans2 Performance<\/a>, from managing social media platforms and creating content to now having sole responsibility for designing marketing materials and managing the T2 website and many more duties at T2.<\/h4>\n

Joining Trans2 Performance has allowed Lauren to blossom in her role as a Digital Marketing Assistant. When Lauren started her apprenticeship, she lacked confidence in her work. Thanks to the support of Trans2 Performance and the exceptional content she has produced over time, Lauren has now found confidence in her work, taken on so much responsibility and has experience well beyond her years in the industry!<\/p>\n

Initially, Trans2 Performance was looking to hire a Content Executive but Lauren impressed Trans2 so much that they decided to hire her for a digital marketing position as well as a Content Executive.<\/p>\n

When Lauren began her digital marketing apprenticeship, her responsibilities were managing the company\u2019s social media platforms and its online learning platform, completing duties such as; blogs, monthly reporting for their websites, and social media platforms and designing marketing materials such as brochures.<\/p>\n

As Lauren\u2019s experience has grown, so have her responsibilities. Lauren now runs and manages paid ads on both social media and Google, creating and designing content for their workshops, planning their social media content calendar each month, and crafting new website pages including SEO and photography. For anyone to take on that many responsibilities is impressive, let alone an apprentice!<\/p>\n

You won\u2019t be surprised to hear Lauren has secured a permanent role working at Trans2 Performance as their Digital Marketing Assistant.<\/p>\n

Lauren\u2019s proudest achievement is receiving 93% on her Principles of Coding exam! Lydia, her manager has been really impressed with her achievements, the highlight being Laurens\u2019s input on both the planning and delivery of their T2 Leadership Retreat.<\/p>\n

The T2 Leadership Retreat is the ultimate annual leadership development experience that includes famous guest speakers, a 3-night all-inclusive stay at the 5-star Grove Resort, leadership tasks, sessions, challenges and so much more. Some of the guest speakers they have had include, Professor Steve Peters, author of \u2018The Chimp Paradox\u2019, Mandy Hickson, former RAF Pilot, CEO of Belstaff and finally Sir Ranulph Fiennes OBE.<\/p>\n

Lauren played a vital part in the creation and running of the T2 Leadership Retreat. Lauren designed all the social media content, signage and delegate materials for the event, which were completed to an extremely high standard. Plus Lauren was responsible for the photography of the event, the quality of the photos captured is amazing!<\/p>\n

Completing a digital marketing apprenticeship with us at HBTC has allowed Lauren to gain real-world marketing experience and valuable customer service experience, something which Lauren would not have gained by going to university. The apprenticeship has allowed Lauren to enjoy learning, and having work experience built in has ensured Lauren did not feel overwhelmed with the amount of work.<\/p>\n

The investment Trans2 Performance has put into Lauren has paid off, Lauren has transformed the organisation\u2019s digital marketing function and improved the design of all of T2\u2019s marketing material.
