A combination of science-fiction, fantasy and history, with a Halloween twist, will transform Hull city centre for a weekend of spooky and spectacular tomfoolery.<\/p>\n<p>HullBID is delighted to be bringing this Steampunk festival back to Hull city centre in 2023, and hope that local residents will join in with the events and get involved. It is certain to be a feast for the eyes, as hundreds of people in fantastic Steampunk costumes descend on Hull for the weekend, providing a magnificent spectacle.
