What a great start to the year - the first of our Managers' Breakfast - Setting Your Team Up For Success<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The event took place on January 19th at Ergo Business Centre, Hessle, running from 09.15 until 10.30 am the event is aimed at first-line managers and includes a free breakfast butty, tea, and coffee.<\/p>\n

The workshop covered:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Why it\u2019s essential to have a clear framework for your team
\n\u2022 Formal frameworks: an introduction to written contracts
\n\u2022 Informal frameworks: having great conversations about performance goals<\/p>\n

We had a great group of people attend our first workshop, all going away with some new ideas and ways to make their team succeed, we also received some fantastic feedback:<\/p>\n
