Humber HR People has recently moved to a bigger and brighter office with dedicated space to hold client meetings, still located in the Ergo Building at Bridgehead Business Park, but a much more functional space on the second floor, to help achieve their business goals going forward.<\/p>\n

To fill this new space, we have recently recruited Rebecca Garland as HR Partner, who will work alongside Kellie Calvert supporting our clients new and existing with HR advice and guidance. Rebecca has a background in retail management and employment law working for both large organisations and SMEs in a variety of sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, and health and social care.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We have also welcomed Joanne Boyd to the team as HR Coordinator, Joanne has been supporting HR shared service functions within HR for 6 years. Having a strong admin background of over 20 years, Joanne has worked in a variety of sectors such as finance, medical manufacturing, and retail, and will be the first point of contact for our HR clients.<\/p>\n

In line with our expansion, we now have in place our own dedicated HR email inbox \u2013 hr@humberhrpeople.co.uk<\/a> alongside our telephone line - 01482 738447.<\/p>\n

The HR inbox will be manned by our team and is designed for clients to be able to send any HR queries, which will then be responded to within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Our team now includes over 70 years of combined experience across the UK and internationally. This investment has meant that we can offer more clients our HR and Talent Services, which include:<\/p>\n

  1. Pay-as-you-go consultancy support for all things people and productivity<\/li>\n
  2. Retained and project support for larger projects<\/li>\n
  3. On-Demand \u2013 our backup service once things are in place, with unlimited remote support to keep things on track for all routine HR\/ER queries, with a mixture of telephone or email support which includes an annual HR audit as well as access to our HR Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
